Delivery Information

General Delivery Information:

·         Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland* - See exceptions below, these include Scottish Highlands, Ireland and surrounding Islands. 

·         Please provide a contact phone number when ordering – in case we or the couriers need to get in touch.

·         All orders will be dispatched based on when ordered (see each product for cut off time).

·         Chairs, Desks and Furniture ordered on a next day service and ordered before the cut off time will be delivered the next working day. (requires a signature) 

·         Delivery is FREE on all items, on some items you can upgrade your delivery or have your chair / furniture built for a specified fee. 

·         Specific delivery dates can be offered on all items, for non-built chairs please let us know, for furniture orders or built chair there may be a fee for specific day. 

·         Certain orders may be sent on pallets to ensure they arrive safely, we will always arrange this with your first. 

·         Deliveries are made between 8am – 6pm. Monday to Friday. We do our best to keep you as informed as possible. 

·         We do not send Fully Built chairs anywhere other than UK Mainland. 


Refusing / cancelling an order

·         If you refuse an item on arrival due to change of mind and or mistake, you will be charged a fee to have the item returned and or resent - price dependant on product and location.

·         If you cancel an item after it has been dispatched you will be charged a return fee – price dependent on product and location.

·         Deliveries are attempted at least twice, deliveries that fail after this due to no one at the delivery address may incur a fee to re-deliver.


Items arriving Damaged:

·         Unfortunately this is rare but it can happen.

·         If an item arrives at your door please inspect it before signing.

·         If you see any severe damage to the item on arrival please refuse delivery and sign as damaged.

·         If you are unsure about the item please sign as “unchecked” or signed as “damaged”

·         In the unlikely case your item arrives damaged we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery and require photographic evidence within 2 days of the item arriving. We can then sort out a replacement part to be dispatched. Please email photos to Photos must contain the damaged item and also the damaged to any packaging. This process is so we can follow up claims with the couriers insurance.


Out of Stock:

·         If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 working hours to be offered either an alternative, full refund or to wait until the product comes back into stock.

Returns policy 
General Return Rules 
An item can only be returned if it is within 7 days on delivery of goods. 
If an item is being returned due to change of mind you must have the full packaging that the item was received in. The item must be unused and must be returned in it’s original packaging as received. We cannot accept items as returns if you have disposed of the original packaging. You will then have to pay for postage back to ourselves or we can arrange a courier but the cost of the courier will be taken from your refunded amount. I.e If the item is £100 and the collect fee is £20 you will received a refund of £80. 
If an item arrived damaged or faulty we will send replacement parts for you to change on the chair. If you noticed damaged upon receipt of goods and want to return, the item needs to be packaged as received and ourselves notified so we can arrange collection. 
We will not accept an item returned for damaged out of the 7 day return period. We can provide parts but not a return.
If you choose to have your item delivered fully assembled then decide to return this item, the cost of the assembly charge will not be refunded.

If you have an item custom built or have a piece of furniture installed and are not happy please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We bought a tall office cupboard to organise our home office. It was delivered very quickly and the delivery person was superb. The cupboard itself is excellent. Over the years we have built countless flat-packed furniture but this was by far the best. The quality is tremendous and very easy to put together. It is very solid and looks so good. The filing cabinet I ordered came without screws for the handles, and some of the hanging bars were missing. This was rectified very speedily, however. I didn't receive notice of the delivery, and could easily have been out.

Chair arrived on time .No real problem assembling apart from slight puzzle determining which was left or right arm, solved by trial and error. Very pleased with overall result and I am taking advantage of trying different settings independent of other settings.

Delivered on time, quick delivery, good value for money. Chairs very comfy! Didn't like that we received parts for the smaller chairs as well as the big version that we wanted. It's meant having perfectly good parts that will get thrown away as they're surpluss to requirement
