Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom and Asia. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 1 year warranty is offered on all products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Atlantis Office reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Atlantis Office. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Atlantis Office. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of Content
Atlantis Office has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT but also show EX VAT Price where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Damage to your Computer
Atlantis Office makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Atlantis Office shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Fraud checks are conducted on all our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
 
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£). 
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. If the goods are not in stock you will be offered, (1) Full Refund, (2) Alternative item, (3) To be put on back order and wait for the item to come in.
 
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process. Any errors placed after payment must be notified to us within 10 minutes of payment being received, as orders are processed as soon as payment is received.
 
Delivery Times and Rates
Delivery is free to UK Mainland only, shipping rates vary for Non-UK mainland addresses – See delivery information page. Delivery times vary on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Atlantis Office shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We recommend that you make arrangements for trade’s people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage. Chairs are usually delivered next working day between 9am - 6pm. If a chair is not in stock you will be offered a refund, alternative or option to hold the order. 
Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?
We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouse. Therefore we cannot accommodate pick up from our offices or at our warehouses. Our head office is based in Colchester, Essex.

 Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Atlantis Office. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please email us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Returns policy
General Return Rules
An item can only be returned if it is within 7 day on delivery of goods.
If an item is being returned due to change of mind you must have the full packaging that the item was received in. The item must be unused and must be returned in it’s original packaging as received. We cannot accept items as returns if you have disposed of the original packaging. You will then have to pay for postage back to ourselves or we can arrange a courier but the cost of the courier will be taken from your refunded amount. I.e If the item is £100 and the collect fee is £20 you will received a refund of £80.
If an item arrived damaged or faulty we will send replacement parts for you to change on the chair. If you noticed damaged upon receipt of goods and want to return, the item needs to be packaged as received and ourselves notified so we can arrange collection.
We will not accept an item returned for damaged out of the 7 day return period. We can provide parts but not a return.
Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, we must be notified within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged please mark as damaged or unchecked on the delivery note before you sign.
Missing items:
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for us to sort out a replacement part.
On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched asap.
 Faulty goods:
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, within 24hrs of receipt of goods.Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we may then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC. Photos / Video evidence is requited with faulty goods.
Not under Warranty: Items out of warranty or not manufacture fault can be reported, we will do our best to assist in what will rectify the problem, advise parts, cost and general help and advise on action needed to remedy.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
Atlantis Office will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This varies per item but typically £30 per chair to be collected. Furniture prices vary on size and weight – fee’s will be given when we are first contacted and all costs deducted from your refund when the item is returned and found to be in good condition as sent by us.
We cannot accept returns once the chair and or furniture has been built
Refused / cancelled orders will be subject to a handling charge - price will be issued upon request once dispatched and is the direct cost to Atlantis Office of recovering the item.
Export Restrictions
We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.
Links to Other Websites
We may have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Atlantis Office cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
 Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Atlantis Office or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Use of this Website from outside the UK
Atlantis Office make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
