We aim to manufacture and deliver this chair within 10-14 working days, you will be called to book in a date.
Bespoke chairs cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed from us. They cannot be returned due to change of mind, if upon receipt of your chair you are not happy please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
Price below is based on Camira Phoenix, other colours and fabric styles are available on request.
If your order is on next day delivery it will be shipped out same day if ordered before the cut off time for delivery the next working day. (listed on each item and it will be delivered the next working day (Monday – Friday) between 8am - 6pm.
If your product requires a booking in date we will call you within 48 hours of the order being placed (mon-fri) to book a delivery date in.
Any orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched the next working day.
If you need to have a specific delivery date please put the date in your note when ordering.
We send shipping conformation with tracking (where possible) and a full VAT invoice once your order has been dispatched to the email address you provide us.

Delivery & Returns
This chair is made-to-order, we aim to manufacture and deliver within 20 working days, delivery to the ground floor entrance only.
Self Assembly - This is an easy product to assemble, simply put the back on and slot the gas lift and base onto the chair.
Top Half Assembly - The "top half" of your chair will be delivered pre-built, just add the gas lift and base on.
This is a bespoke item and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been confirmed.
